Intrasite Conformable 10cmx 10cm x 10 dressings

These dressings are used on burns immediately after the burn has occurred.
They are Hydrogel plasters and they immediately cool the wound and hydrate it.
They provide immediate relief from the sensation of the burn and help reduce the damage to the skin by stopping it drying out.
They are also used to hydrate wounds containing dead ( necrotic ) skin in a process called de-sloughing.

Widely used in Hospital Accident and Emergency units.
